In your new role you will:
- Setting up and running web optimization campaigns in co-operate with central department e.g., testing and personalization campaigns mainly on our webpages
- Support with omni-channel web optimization campaigns e.g., testing and personalization campaigns
- Support with research and collection of requirements for running testing and personalization campaigns
- Support with audience creation for running testing and personalization campaigns
- Support with analyzing testing and personalization campaigns
- Monitoring testing and personalization campaigns and support with troubleshooting
- QA testing for Web Optimization campaigns
- Support with designing and building testing and personalization campaigns
- Support with creating and updating the web optimization backlog and responsibility for ticketing system
- Support with prioritization of web optimization campaigns, e.g., by evaluating effort of implementation
- Support with coordinating ‘Support Teams’ including internal teams and external agencies
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Experience in setting up and running a/b tests and personalization campaigns
- Experience with web optimization engines or digital experience platforms, e.g., Optimize, Optimizely is needed; experience in Adobe Target is a plus
- Experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience in Tableau is a plus
- Experience in CMS needed, experience in AEM is a plus
- Experience in project management systems like Azure or Jira
- Basic development skills
- Willing to travel intercontinental regularly
- Fluent in English
- Detail oriented, structured and organized
- Analytical skillset
- Power Point
- Good communication skills
- Experienced in agile working is a plus
- Experienced working in matrix organizations, Stakeholder managements a plus
