Finance Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
  • Coordinate financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and planning process.
  • Support the Finance team in financial analysis and modelling tasks.
  • Prepare and organize materials for board meetings, financial presentations, and other executive sessions or ad hoc meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Finance team and other business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of Finance department projects and initiatives. Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Finance department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and software, providing training and support as needed.
Your skills & knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial management software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment.
