Job description
Main Objectives:
›Be the owner for demand fulfillment and supply chain topics for a nominated customer or set of customers
›Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent quality of services and prompt resolution of supply chain issues through professional crisis management

1. Facilitate internal & external customer relationship building / communication
2. Communicate open-orders, delivery plans and lead times to customers
3. Organize regular demand/fulfillment forecast and supply chain performance meetings with customer and Sales; initiate improvement measures where needed
4. Coordinate customer locations in regard to order management &logistics tasks.
5. Initiate and manage Emergency Shipments, pre-production shipments and special clearance
6. Support the setup of advanced supply chain concepts (e.g., B2B, consignment, buffer stocks, call-offs, bare die, wafer business, …).
7. Use standard and customer-specific reports to analyze and understand customer demand & order behavior, demand fulfillment, lead time and supply chain KPIs to drive business decisions
8. Proactively inform related stakeholders in CLM Management & Sales regarding expected changes in customer demand changes and initiate appropriate measures and actions
9. Continuously drive the improvement of demand supply gaps
10. Monitor and strive for on-time fulfillment of orders (Customer delivery date)
11. Strive to avoid escalation situations in collaboration with SCP, GLC, gCLM or Disti CLM where possible, obtain and verify information from the customer in relation to line down date & time, minimum run rate, drop dead quantities
12. Manage order handling complaints with customers and returns ; initiate and communicate RMA/8D
13. Understand customer supply chain end-to-end and strive to reduce complexity by developing customer insights and market intelligence (e.g. Supply Chain channel, product know-how, market development)
14. Review current operation processes and deployment of improvement measures (e.g. EDI, logistics programs, Supply Chain concepts)
Your profile
•BA degree or above in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management are preferred
•Minimum 0 to 1 years working experience, Customer Service and Planning experience is a plus
•Market environment and business insights, semiconductor industrial experience is a plus
•Team player, is able to work independently and drive topics with cross function team, willing to take initiatives
•Strong customer focus, interaction and negotiation skills to deal with tough situations
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in dealing with complexity, ability to prioritize and multitasking
•Self -motivated and is able to work under pressure
•Fluent in English skills
•Ability to work with SAP, CRM, advanced excel knowledge
