Your mission

Creation of integrated financial plans for our customers
decision support of the management of our customers by creating analyses and scenarios
initiation of initiatives for scalable and automated finance processes through the use of software tools and technologies
creation of financial reports, forecasts, budgets, strategy, and business plans
cooperation with our management and financial experts

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or similar
at least 2 years of experience in the creation of financial plans, controlling, accounting, finance, auditing, management consulting, or as CFO / commercial director in a startup
strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and understanding business principles
Very proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
proactive and self-motivated person with a hands-on mentality who enjoys number-based work in a fast-growing company

Ihre Aufgaben

Erstellung und Beratung von integrierten Finanzplänen für unsere Kunden
Entscheidungsunterstützung des Managements unserer Kunden durch die Erstellung von Analysen und Szenarien
Initiierung von Initiativen für skalierbare und automatisierte Finanzprozesse durch den Einsatz der von uns bereitgestellten Softwaretools und Technologien
Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Prognosen, Budgets, Strategie- und Geschäftsplänen
Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Management und unseren Finanzexperten

Ihr Profil

Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder ähnlichem
mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Finanzplänen, Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Finanzen, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Unternehmensberatung oder als CFO / kaufmännischer Leiter in einem Startup
ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
Sehr gute deutsch und englisch Kenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
proaktive und selbstmotivierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität, die Spaß an der zahlenbasierten Arbeit in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen hat
