As a Quality Process Manager you will support our manufacturing partners through effective and lean quality system and process solutions. You will improve not only the product quality, but also develop our supplier base by creating strategic and development plans. This will all be done through your thorough knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing processes and your ambition to put quality over quantity.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Support our manufacturing partner to setup up strong and efficient quality systems and processes based on total quality management and lean manufacturing principles
Improving the product quality via adjusting production lines to be more efficient and eliminating waste; overproduction and shorten lead times
Identify best practices in the existing supply chain and collaborate closely with our Supply Chain partner to scale these processes
Develop strategies for our manufacturing partners to address specific quality issues
Analyse product quality to defects to detect the root cause
Analyse customer feedback to develop strategies to improve the quality of our PL products
You design, implement and run product quality assurance processes/projects that support the strategy of your team to ensure milestones and deadlines are met, by tracking KPIs and producing regular project reports
You support your lead in decision making within your business unit and proactively drive continuous improvement of your processes/projects, identify inefficiencies and implement constructive solutions according to the quality assurance strategy of your team
Your in-depth knowledge of quality management system documentation ensures your processes are robust and clearly documented. You know how to read product and process requirements and are able to translate it to your department/team needs
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Bachelor’s degree or higher in production management / industrial engineering or similar analytical discipline
Minimum 5+ years of experience with process-responsibility and/or quality management in the fashion industry
Preferable certifications as: Lean Six Sigma, life-cycle Management, total quality management
Extensive experience with ISO 9001
Highly organised and adept at multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously and managing several stakeholders
Expert of production processes and standards within factory set-ups
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with suppliers and other teams internally
Excellent stakeholder management skills and negotiation skills
You are self-motivated, eager to learn about innovation and you are an enthusiastic person who loves to be a part of a team
