Marketing Campaign Associate
TechTarget is seeking a Marketing Campaign Associate to join our Product Operations team. The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, be a strategic thinker and be able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Marketing Campaign Associate is primarily responsible for providing pre-sale deal vetting support and post-sale campaign management and monitoring support for our lead generation and QSO products. As a member of the Product Operations team, this person will be exposed to the full sales lifecycle and will have the opportunity to work with multiple teams and on multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Job Functions:
- Construct lead generation/QSO campaigns using data, logic and resources available to ensure campaign success;
- Evaluate the success of campaigns for renewal opportunities and provide analysis when needed;
- Ensure that operational deadlines are met and manage internal sales’ expectations;
- Manage and monitor a set of campaigns post-sale to ensure fulfillment of campaign guarantees and deadlines;
- Effectively communicate with internal departments to help ensure the success of campaigns; and,
- Work closely with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve campaign fulfillment & delivery issues;
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Bachelor’s degree is required;
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (in addition to proficiency in standard MS Office programs);
- Confident personality that can quickly learn new technologies, applications and processes;
- Strong organization skills;
- Strong communication skills (oral and written);
- Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems; and,
- Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects.
