Deine Aufgaben

Deine Herausforderungen in der Tech-Umgebung und Business Intelligence (BI):

Entwicklung, Planung und Aufbau des Tech-Bereichs - im Einklang mit der Unternehmens- und IT-Strategie
Entscheidungsträger und verantwortlich für das Thema Business Intelligence (BI) sowie die AWS / Data Warehouse Infrastruktur
Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Vernetzung der aktuell genutzten IT-Tools (z. B. Make / Integromat, CRM)
Analyse und Entwicklung von Plattformen, Learning Management Systemen (LMS) und Lehrer-Einsatzplanungen sowie Themen rund um Künstliche Intelligenz (KI)
Entwicklung und Umsetzung technologischer Roadmaps und Tech-Architekturen

Deine Herausforderungen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur:

Betreuung und Optimierung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur inklusive Hard- und Software
Verantwortung für die IT-Sicherheit / Prüfung von IT-Richtlinien sowie Standardisierung
Gesamtverantwortung für erfolgreiche IT-Projekte, speziell in der Cloud-Transformation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von interkulturellen Teams und im o.g. Aufgabenbereich
Abgeschlossenes Studium mit der Fachrichtung Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen

Your Tasks

Your challenges in the tech environment and business intelligence (BI):

Developing, planning and setting up the tech area - in line with the corporate and IT strategy
Decision-maker and responsible for the topic of Business Intelligence (BI) and the AWS / Data Warehouse infrastructure
Responsible for the further development and networking of the IT tools currently in use (e.g. Make / Integromat, CRM)
Analysis and development of platforms, learning management systems (LMS) and teacher deployment planning as well as topics relating to artificial intelligence (AI)
Development and implementation of technological roadmaps and tech architectures

Your challenges in the area of IT infrastructure:

Support and optimization of the entire IT infrastructure, including hardware and software
Responsibility for IT security / review of IT guidelines and standardization
Overall responsibility for successful IT projects, especially in the cloud transformation

Cherry on top:

Disciplinary and professional leadership of an international tech and IT team
Resource planning for the individual project topics
Planning and responsibility for budget planning for the entire tech/IT area

Your Skills

Professional experience:

Several years of experience in leading intercultural teams and in the above-mentioned area(s) of responsibility
Completed studies in the field of information technology or comparable qualifications
Several years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) and master in the use of Tableau

You are...

an agile and entrepreneurial leader with creativity and a sense of what is feasible and find pragmatic solutions
a person with an affinity for automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI)
service-oriented, have a hands-on mentality and a clear communication style at all hierarchical levels - proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1)
