We are searching for intelligent and innovative employees for our Automotive customers as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Robert Bosch. If you are interested in working for a dynamic company with flat hierarchy, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

  • Contribute to the definition of the software methodology in agreement with the SW Dpt Manager
  • Ensure the accuracy and execution of technical design reviews on your projects
  • Manage the resources of your projects (status, tasks, ...)
  • Validate and optimize the workload plan of your projects
  • Manage the SW validation and sys validation and action plan
  • Pilot the change management of your project and prepare the SwCCB
  • Define the budget for your projects and monitor the budget and update the monthly forecasts for your projects
  • Present the progress, technical reviews and issues of your project to the SW TPM and the System Val TPM

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies or doctorate in a technical field of electrotechnology, computer science) or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of software and system development and very good knowledge and practical experience with system development for automotive control
  • Several years of experience in customer management and networking as well as communication skills with the customer both in acquisition and ongoing projects
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach, communication and teamwork skills in internationally staffed teams, employee leadership
  • Confident handling of change management, defect management and version management systems
  • Business fluent in German and English
