What we do

ParityQC is the world's only Quantum Architecture Company. We have developed a fundamentally new way of solving industry-relevant problems on quantum computers. We develop blueprints for quantum computers and the associated operating system - ParityOS.

Currently, the foundations are being laid for the next generation of computers and we have the opportunity to set a standard with our architecture. From our location in Hamburg, we are shaping the future ecosystem around quantum computing together with our customers and partners.

Your tasks

As an administrative and commercial employee, you will support the management team in organizational and administrative matters.

Your field of activity will include

  • Administrative support of the management team including appointment and travel planning.

  • Independent organisation of the daily office routine with all associated organisational activities.

  • Preparatory accounting and coordination with tax office.

  • Assumption of activities in the area of HR, in particular coordination of personnel law issues with payroll accounting as well as administration of hourly and holiday records, onboarding/offboarding of employees, etc.

  • Support in the preparation of reports and documents for funding applications and interim reports.

  • Optimisation of processes in the area of administration

Required skills/education

  • Commercial training and/or work experience in the field of administration, back office.

  • Excellent organisational skills and an independent and accurate way of working

  • Very good language skills: German and English spoken and written

  • Good MS Office skills

Preferred skills/knowledge:

  • Experience in human resources

  • Experience in accounting
