We are hiring:

Claim Manager (m/f/d) in interior design Full-time

A challenging position in a dynamic environment and the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of the project.
Your tasks
  • Independent processing and management of claims and receivables in the area of interior fittings
  • Analysis of contractual documents to identify potential claims
  • Communicating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to clarify claims and develop solutions
  • Preparation of damage analyses and supplementary calculations
  • Conducting negotiations and contract adjustments in the event of conflicts
  • Close cooperation with project managers to develop preventive measures to minimize risks
  • Continuous monitoring and updating of documentation in connection with claim management
What you bring with you:
  • Completed studies in the field of civil/industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Proven professional experience in claim management, preferably in interior design
  • Sound knowledge of contract law and construction
  • Negotiating skills and strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and strategic approach
  • Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, construction and contract management software)
