Requirements: An LLB degree or 4 years recognized legal qualification; At least 8 years appropriate post qualification legal experience; Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, South African Human Rights Acts, the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act, 2000.
