Investment Operations & Fund Controller (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit angebundenen Fondsbuchhaltungen und Verwahrstellen
Fund Controlling/NAV Oversight sowie die Umsetzung von produktspezifischen Projekten
Pflege der internen Produktdatenbanken
Operative Abwicklung von Transaktionen und des Zahlungsverkehrs
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kapitalmaßnahmen, beispielsweise Kapitalabrufe und Ausschüttungen
Erstellung von Gebührenabrechnungen sowie internen und externen Reports und die kontinuierliche Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung
Unterstützung im Kontoeröffnungsprozess und Kommunikation mit Depotbanken
Durchführung von Bewertungen / Überleitungsrechnung zum Fair Value alternativer Investments

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Real Estate Bereich von Vorteil
Hohe Zahlenaffinität, Analysefähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
Souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie höfliche Umgangsformen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket
Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Proaktive, selbständige und akkurate Arbeitsweise

Your mission

Coordination of cooperation with affiliated fund accounting departments and custodians
Fund Controlling/NAV Oversight and the implementation of product-specific projects
Maintenance of internal product databases
Operational processing of transactions and payment transactions
Preparation and implementation of corporate actions, such as capital calls and distributions
Preparation of fee statements as well as internal and external reports and continuous reporting to management
Support in the account opening process and communication with custodian banks
Carrying out valuations / reconciliation to the fair value of alternative investments

Your profile

Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in product management, ideally in the real estate sector an advantage
High affinity for numbers, analytical skills and results orientation
Confident and convincing appearance and polite manners
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Proactive, independent and accurate way of working
