What to expect:

Attached to the Synthesis Validation Pilot, you will carry out the following principal missions:

Build the optimized prototype plan in coherence with the validation plan (generic and applied).
Manage the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) optimization of the proto plan of the projects.
Argue in Project Synthesis Meeting Validation (RPSV) the choice of prototypes according to according to the validations and the technical definition of the project.
Contribute to identify the business background actions on validation plans and prototype plans in order to optimize the prototype costs of future projects.
Capitalize on your experience and be a force of in the evolution of tools and methods on your activity perimeter.

What you bring along:

We are looking for an Engineer with a higher degree in Automotive Engineering/Mechanical Engineering. You should have an in depth knowledge of a significant project management experience and you have already managed automotive prototype projects.
You should have a good capacity of analysis and synthesis, as well as a certain distance on the finality of a validation and the relevance of a prototype.
You have a good level of English, and are able to read, analyze and write documents in this language, as well as to lead working meetings.
Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and curious, you have good interpersonal skills and are able to lead projects with different interlocutors.
Good English and French language skills are necessary.
