What to expect:

What you bring along:

You have a degree in the fields of Economics, Human resources or Technical.
Experience in Customer support field (or similar) and problem management systems for minimum 2 years.
Good communication and assertive attitude.
Good understanding of concepts like processes and product life cycle .
Technical know-how not really necessary, but does no harm.
Advanced English language knowledge are required, German nice to have.
