Your new role
As a Team Assistant & Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing organisational, administrative, and commercial project co-ordination support to the 
Eisai Partner Markets (EPM) function & team and Business Development.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in a regional team within the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Proven experience of organising medium to large scale meetings - essential
  • Sound knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in processing project expenses – essential
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in cross functional teams amongst a wide range of cultures- essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a high level of motivation towards achieving team and personal objectives- essential. 
  • Intermediate/advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.  In addition, a good level of knowledge of databases, including Outlook.  
  • Experience of SharePoint collaboration tools (training will be provided)
  • Department Diary & travel management
