Finance & Controlling - Young Professional or Experienced Professional (m/f/d)
As an experienced professional or young professional with a few years of relevant work experience, you will support the financial accounting team and also act as a staff function for all areas of the company. You will create KPIs to monitor operating processes and prepare analyses to support management decisions. You will continuously optimise key figures in hands-on collaboration with all specialist departments in the operational division.
Your tasks
- Monitoring of business objectives / control of operating processes with the help of KPIs
- Conception and automation of recurring reports
- Preparation of analyses and evaluations for management and divisional management, close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Continuous deviation analyses and definition of measures for optimisation
- Determination of cost rates
- Reporting, e.g. working capital, cash flow
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Contributing to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Providing input for the continuous optimisation of tools and key figures
- Development of business cases for management decisions, project costing
Your requirements
- Completed commercial training with further training as a controller and relevant professional experience and/or completed studies in the field of business administration with a focus on finance / controlling
- (First) professional experience in the field of controlling
- Strong interest in continuing to position yourself professionally in the area of finance / controlling
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting / controlling and accounting according to HGB
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and user knowledge of an ERP system
- Careful, structured and independent way of working
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and enjoy working independently
- Experience in logistics desirable but not a must
- Fluent German and solid English skills
