Legal advisor/business lawyer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Handling all legal matters, primarily in the areas of civil and commercial law
Responsibility for reviewing and preparing contractual conditions, documentation and legal declarations of all kinds
You represent the interests of the company in all respects, independently or with our external partner lawyers, and advise the management and, if necessary, department heads on legal issues relating to everyday business
Developing action strategies and supporting the success of company projects through legal expertise

successfully completed studies in law, business law or a comparable degree
Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in (out-of-)court disputes with business partners
Discretion in dealing with confidential topics, professional know-how, hard work, loyalty and integrity
resilient, capable of criticism and conflict and a high degree of personal responsibility and commitment
Proactive and solution-oriented action, combined with analytical and business-oriented thinking and judgment
We assume very good written and spoken English skills and a confident use of modern office technology
