Naveta is a leading distributor of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products in a broad spectrum. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have established a reputable presence in international markets.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our export sales efforts by acquiring new customers and closing sales deals in international markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry and a proven track record of successfully expanding market share through sales acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize potential customers and markets for our FMCG products.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on exporting FMCG products.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new customers and closing sales deals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing network of customers and contacts in international markets is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
