Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 

 

  • Drives overall output/performance of P'lant Quality Function, identifies trends and proactively manages the team to meet/exceed customer expectations and prevents performance deterioration; 
  • Drive timely, cross-functional problem solving, Lessons Learned and Quality Mindset- Manages escalation issues; represent plant in front of customer/supplier
  • Develops & implements Plant Quality Strategy in alignment with Plant Strategy and Group/ Regional/BU strategic Quality Objectives
  • Collaborates with Plant Director and WPS to develop & implement CI Roadmap for Quality based on internal/external Benchmarks, achieving quanitfyable improvement of performance and WPS 2.0 maturity level
  • Plans & manages budget, headcount & capability needs to meet targets - Drives development of team through effective performance evaluation, feedback and development planning aligned with business needs.

 
This is what you bring to us:

 

 

  • Relevant work experience, preferably in the automotive industry- working knowledge of relevant legal and customer standards- management experience
  • Profound knowledge and understanding of relevant Quality & HSE Management Systems, Quality Methods & Tools,  Customer Specific Requirements and their implications; 
  • Knowledge of Product Liability & Data Safety and Protection requirements
  • Good technical knowledge of relevant production processes- Solid working knowledge of Problem Solving and Continous Improvement Tools (e.g. 5Why, QRQC, Kaizen, Fishbone, 5S, SAP, statistical software )
