Senior Commercial Analyst (All genders)

We are looking for  an exceptional Senior Commercial Analyst (all genders) with a strategic vision and a proven track record of executing data-driven strategies to join our European Commercial Team. We love data and it is at the heart of all decisions taken for the business. The team plays a crucial role in providing 360 visibility on our promotional performance for the business leadership and creates advanced analysis that challenges the status quo. 

Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. The ideal candidate will excel in enhancing our promotional strategies, loyalty programs, and campaign management processes across the region. This pivotal role involves leveraging data analytics to forecast discounts availability and affordability, optimize our product offerings, reporting capabilities, and ultimately drive our business objectives in the fast-paced food delivery market.

A typical day:

• Develop and refine our promotional strategy to enhance product offerings and performance across all regions, incorporating advanced analytics for forecasting and reporting.

• Elevate our campaign management and strategy from the planning phase to execution and ensuring strategies are data-driven and customer focussed 

• Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to influence, facilitate and drive decision-making processes with actionable insights.

• Help identify best practices and help share these across our European markets

• Proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data in core activities: inventory, promotion & product

• Act as trusted advisor in the development and management of the commercial strategy of campaigns with the local team

Your Heroic skills:

• You have gained a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting and/or an analyst role in a fast-paced tech company, interpreting large and complex amounts of data

• Experience in campaign management in a customer centric environment is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong analytical background.

• Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and manage projects from strategy development through to successful execution.

• Proficiency in data analysis & reporting tool (e.g.Tableau, Looker, and BigQuery/SQL, among others)

• Strong analytical skills and good at interpreting data, generating qualitative feedback and evaluating metrics to inform decision-making.

• Good business acumen with a strong understanding of commercial topics in the food delivery space.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
