Your tasks

Develope new features for evaluation. Make sure, we build the right product.
Build features with state-of-the-art technology.
Identify the most immediate problems to solve and ideate possible solutions with your team.
Take a user-centric approach to design easy-to-use and intuitive products.
Continuous improvement of the user experience and usability of our products.

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in the role of Frontend Developer, CRO Engineer or similar roles.
Very good programming skills, especially in React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
Good knowledge of UX methodologies, iterative testing and user-centric product development.
High quality standards for own work and a solution-oriented approach with the necessary pragmatism.
Very good communication skills as well as a structured, independent and conscientious way of working, but also enjoys working in cross-functional teams.
You speak and write fluently German and English.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung neuer Funktionen zur Bewertung, um sicherzustellen, dass das richtige Produkt entwickelt wird.
Bau von Funktionen mit modernster Technologie.
Identifizierung der dringendsten Probleme, die gelöst werden müssen, und Ideenfindung für mögliche Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Team.
Anwendung eines benutzerzentrierten Ansatzes zur Gestaltung von benutzerfreundlichen und intuitiven Produkten.
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Benutzererfahrung und Benutzerfreundlichkeit unserer Produkte.

Dein Profil

Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Rolle als Frontend-Entwickler, CRO-Ingenieur oder ähnlichen Positionen.
Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse, insbesondere in React, JavaScript und TypeScript.
Gute Kenntnisse der UX-Methodologien, iterativen Tests und der nutzerzentrierten Produktentwicklung.
Hohe Qualitätsstandards für die eigene Arbeit und ein lösungsorientierter Ansatz mit dem notwendigen Pragmatismus.
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, aber auch Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
