Job Summary

Execute and manage the operation in store visibility and branding to maximize sales performance

General Responsibilities

• Execute and monitoring on visibilities plan, Plan-o-gram guidelines and share of shelf 
• Deploy all promotional materials, POSM, Product launch 
• Counting and recording the number of facing for every field visit 
• Monthly counting share of shelf 
• Display merchandise with visual appeals to attract consumers 
• Research and analyze competitor’s displays to suggest effective strategies 
• Coordinate with sales teams and prepare outlets for promotion 

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products 
• Demonstrate strong execution on store visibilities and prevent loss SOS 
• Proven hands-on experience in working with trade marketing
• Demonstrate expertise in store merchandising
• Demonstrate fluency in local language both written and spoken

Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing
