Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Officer for our Sofia office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on Bulgarian hires as well as international assignments. They will collaborate together with the HR team based in Luxembourg and they will be willing to regularly travel to Luxembourg. 

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: from identification of need to candidate intake (publishing job ads, interview process, administrative intake)
  • Sourcing of candidates
  • Contribution to our employer branding and internal communication activities
  • Administrative support to the whole HR team

Your skills:

  • 2-3 years' experience in recruitment (recruitment agency or internal) - experience recruiting financial profiles is a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Autonomy, flexibility, pro-activity with can do attitude
  • Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Interest in social media and internal communication. Knowledge of Canva is a plus
  • Willingness to regularly travel to Luxembourg
