For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Business Manager for Program Single Aisle (d/f/m)   Ref. 10261453

Your responsibilities:

The jobholder (d/f/m) works as Business Manager for Program Single Aisle and is in charge of controlling and monitoring financial and resource avtivities

• Act as a driver and workload model used for the department in the mission to improve and maintain the current tool
• Operate as a driver and workload model supporting harmonization with other Airbus programs like wide body
• Support Business management leader by monitoring and collecting data and propose data analysis
• Support Portfolio Management Leader by preparing Portfolio Steering committee
• Contributing to improve the Business Management toolset like Google sheets
• Create transparency on cost and project Status
• Support the department in risk and opportunity management

Personal requirements:

• The ability to quickly recognize and analyze connections and functionality and to act proactively and with foresight
• Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on time achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently
• Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together

studies:

• Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree or
• Economics at least Bachelor's degree

Professional experience:

• Change management at least over 1 year
• Controlling at least over 2 years
• Project management at least over 2 years

with resource and financial planning/management

IT:

• At least basic knowledge of Python applications
• Google Workspace

Language Skills:

• At least business fluent in English
• German is an advantage

knowledges:

• Risk management at least good knowledge
• in the area of stakeholder management

further qualification:

• Big data management is an advantage
