• Responsible for material management & logistics performance, goal achievement, and cost-effective solutions.
• Actively manage inventory and develop planning models.
• Establish strategic approach for customers and suppliers, including definition of processes and KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Ensure smooth cooperation between Material management & logistics and Production units.
• Perform tenders and negotiations with external suppliers.
• Accountable for new process integration and implementation and strategic roadmap milestones.
• Monitor and control budget, capacity planning, and procurement quality standards.
• Lead and develop teams, supporting their training, coaching and development.
• Manage multidimensional projects. Report results, purchasing volume, and savings.

Ihr Profil:

• University degree in relevant area with focus on logistics and supply chain
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management and strong expertise in the area
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience in an international environment and virtual teams
• Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness and persuasiveness
