Context
Our event crew, part of the Marketing team, organizes more than 250 epic events per year for clients & prospects. These goes from expertise to inspirational to purely fun events.
Teaming up with HR, we’re scouting for ambitious students for an internship as of September 2024 for 5 to 6 months to help this amazing team on several projects (design, communication, logistics, registrations and all the event prep). Are you ready to join this squad?
Your Position
Your role will include the following tasks:
- Create eye-catching invitations through our CRM;
- Communication with our different offices for budgets, quotas and feedback on events;
- Updating Wallstream (our internal social network) and the event calendar – the hub for all event-related matters;
- Helping the Event Managers with all their event requests by being the assistant superhero;
- Prepping and coordinating all necessary materials for events – you are the SPOC for all beachflags/roll-ups, other materials, lists for the event on D-DAY;
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Communication or Events coordination;
- You are a real organizer & a master of priorities;
- You are totally chill under pressure, and consider multitasking as a daily adventure;
- You are a team player who finds joy in being the helpful go-to person;
- You are interested in events, with an opportunity to attend events on a personal level (mostly in the evenings);
- You are fluent in French and Dutch -making colleague chats smooth and easy- and have a good command of English;
