With your comprehensive sales know-how and your enthusiasm for electromobility, you communicate our benchmark products to the outside world. With your strategic approach, you ensure that we systematically increase the number of interested parties and customers in the long term and transfer this into cash-effective deals. In doing so, you will also communicate our technologies to new markets, thus enabling the further development and growth of innolectric AG.

Your Tasks
  • Identification and prioritization of core target groups in the EMEA region
  • Establishment and development of close customer relationships
  • First contact person for interested parties and customers from the first contact to long-term cooperation
  • Analysis of the development of markets and market participants as well as current customer needs
  • Participation in trade fairs and conferences
  • Organization, execution and follow-up of customer meetings both in-house and at the customer’s site
  • Close, internal cooperation with the teams, especially from the R&D department
  • Regular reporting to the management board
Your Profile
  • Completed studies in industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering or comparable qualification with clear sales affinity.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of technical products in need of explanation in the electromobility, electronics or vehicle industry, preferably in the area of commercial vehicles
  • Very high level of self-motivation and enjoyment in efficiently shaping the area of responsibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to achieve objectives
  • Outstanding communication skills, professional appearance and creativity in approaching new contacts
  • Experience presenting, including to a larger audience
  • Willingness to travel for participation in events and appointments with key account customers
  • Ability to network, both with external contacts and internally within the company
  • Good written and spoken German and English language skills (German at least level C1)
