Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Network Engineer (d/f/m) for our prestigious client in the field of aerospace industry in Donauwörth.

Your responsibilities:

• Technical support of projects from the build phase to deployment
• Network configuration (routing, switching, wireless)
• Network and IP management (IPAM, monitoring tools, CMDB)
• Analysis of the causes of infrastructure and network problems and their resolution in a time-critical environment
• Writing technical documentation for new and existing Network designs, implementations, processes and tools

Your profile:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, communication technology or a similar qualification
• Knowledge in Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions such as Cisco ACI and Cisco SDA
• Experience in operating LAN and WLAN infrastructures with Cisco technologies
• Programming and scripting experience (examples: Python, YAML, JSON)
• Knowledge of network security (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Stormshield and Cisco) ASA Firewalls)
• Understanding of IT services (Active Directory, SCCM, IAM) and virtualization technologies (vmWare and Microsoft Hyper-V)
• Good understanding of monitoring and logging tools as well as the underlying underlying principle
• Proficient verbal and written English skills
