As a Data & Analytics Consultant you take charge of converting our clients’ ideas into technical solutions that deliver value. We focus on Microsoft technology, rather than claiming to be perfect in all stacks. Our consultants do not only know how to build a strong data solution, but they are also comfortable in guiding a client through a conversation to scope its design and managing stakeholders. This position is at the heart of the Data Solutions & Insights team, spread across two locations in Vilnius and Amsterdam. Globally, we are around 450 strong at Macaw. And approximately 50 of us work only on Data, organized in 6 informal teams.

The daily responsibilities are dependent on two things: your client projects and your interest in contributing to internal initiatives. The first varies a lot: from small, fast-paced hands-on assignments on prototypes at small Dutch clients all the way to big rollouts and helping with solution architecture for German global players. In the former, you might engage as an independent pioneer, while in larger projects you’ll work in a big team with professional project management.
