Your responsibility includes the overall operative and strategic planning, internal and external monthly and quarterly reporting, internal and external pricing as well as the adaption of the defined Unit Cost Modell and Revenue Controlling.
- Support for annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecasts – operational, strategic, & rolling planning
- Support in control of monthly Group P&L reports & administration of internal and external reporting & presentations on different levels and for various target groups at LH InTouch
- Performance comparisons of target vs actual, deviation analyses & ad hoc analyses with recommedning appropriate actions
- Ongoing development & optimization of KPIs incl. internal and external benchmarks
- Support development of internal & external pricing framework in close cooperation with other teams
- Supervise internal & external transaction-based invoicing
- Coordinate activities of external auditors
- Evaluate accounting, internal control systems & effectiveness of accounting software & supporting database
Ihr Profil:
University degree with focus in Finance & Controlling or other relevant qualification or equivalent relevant working experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient skills with relevant and established controlling software and tools
Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office Suite – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal), proficiency in German language (both written and verbal) is desirable
Build strong, cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization showing outstanding communication skills
Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
Highly developed analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
Independent, highly self-motivated approach to work, high sense of responsibility
