Senior Project Engineer

Senior Project Engineer - Utility Scale Solar/PV

Currently working with a well-established renewables business who focus on developing and building large scale Solar/PV projects across Europe. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to focus on their projects and expansion into the Dutch market.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering effective solutions and have a strong electrical engineering background with a specific focus in the utility scale Solar/PV space.

You will be joining and highly functional team who are all very enthusiastic about clean energy and the drive to #netzero.

Skills and responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering top quality Solar/PV solutions for utility scale projects
• Technical SME for all projects in the Netherlands
• Strong knowledge and experience within the utility scale Solar/PV
• Working with the wider team to understand the market and plan the development schedule
• Manage external contractors and third parties
• Strong experience with project progress reporting to senior management level
• Good experience support the development and mentoring team members
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• Based in Germany, but willing and able to travel to the Netherlands (10 - 20%)
