What you will do

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team. Together with Sarah Rich (Senior Tech Recruiter), Lidia de Heer (Talent Manager), and myself (Steven Trienen), we are end-to-end responsible for attracting world-class talent to CM.com, globally.


The Challenge
People are CM’s most valuable asset, and we can strengthen our organization with motivated and enthusiastic employees. As a Corporate Recruiter and part of CM’s HR team, you are responsible for attracting unique talent for CM. You try to find out what people are passionate about, what they are good at, and what makes them happy at work and you’re constantly looking for the best match. You play an important role in realizing CM’s growth ambition and must be creative to make a difference.

As the person responsible for recruitment at CM, you'll be in charge of the entire process, from building the employer brand to hiring the best talent. This means creating job profiles, posting jobs through various channels, building a talent community, following up on applications and interviewing candidates. You'll be using various recruitment technologies to target candidates in different ways and will attend career days and networking events to find the best possible talent.

Throughout the process, you'll work closely with your recruitment colleagues, the HR manager, HR Business partners, and other internal and external stakeholders. The coordination of the entire process, including employment offers, negotiating terms, drawing up contracts, and making new employees feel welcome on their first day, will also be part of your responsibility.

Job requirements

You connect with us if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree;
  • 3+ years of work experience as a recruiter in a tech-oriented work environment;
  • Having experience in a commercial role within a recruitment agency is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong IT knowledge (or interest);
  • A pro-active attitude and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Strong organizational skills, you know your priorities and can manage your work effectively;
  • Fluency in both Dutch & English.

Next the the above, you are:

  • Representative and professional and know how to get people energized about CM;
  • Service-oriented and you are a good decision-maker;
  • Able to interact comfortably and skilfully with different organizational levels and management;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks/projects and you will expected to execute tasks with minimal direction;
  • A Networker! You build communities of talents, and relationships and visit career and network events.
