Job Description

• Optimization of processes in terms of quality, speed and costs for producing EB products.
• Planning and support of optimization attempts
• Monitoring and optimizing processes and products in the industrialization phase
• Review of existing processes and their optimization
• Cost-effectiveness calculation of process optimization projects
• Management of and participation in projects
• Participation in the procurement of new machines and systems
• Participation in the processing of process FMEAs
• Participation in the creation of work and procedural instructions
• Launch manager in the development process

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineer or process engineer or comparable training and professional experience
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
• Experience in the field of elastomers
• Experience in the field of coating technology
