Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Warsaw office:

What can you expect?

The Digital Europe team is responsible for implementing Marsh's Digital Strategy, ensuring a seamless end-to-end digital client experience, and identifying new opportunities for our corporate portfolio. We work with advanced technologies like LLM, global MMC platforms, enabling technologies, and advanced analytics to provide the right risk management tool portfolio to our clients and employees. Your key focus in the upcoming 1-2 years will be on a Blue[i] Analytics Application Suite. The Blu[i] application suite offers transparency into an organization’s risk profile allowing our clients to have a real-time, customized, interactive conversation about risk and providing insights into risk identification, quantification, and design of programs that mitigate and finance risks to create economic value for clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Understand markets, competition, and client/colleague requirements in-depth, bridging local and global strategy.
  • Be a champion in the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital culture mindset across the company.
  • Be day-to-day lead in a region for the roll out and adoption for Blue[i] applications.
  • Build strong relationships with the Regional Business Leaders to identify business needs and features requirements and work with Product Owners and Development teams to prioritize regional needs.
  • Coordinate all adoption and change management activities for the region with Int. PM Lead, Regional Analytics, Segment Leaders and Core Users.
  • Responsible for engagement and awareness and adoption of Blue[i] applications in the region.
  • Curate and manage digital content that is compelling, aligned with the group strategy with the necessary customization to cater to local needs.
  • Understand the importance of storytelling and how it contributes to building meaningful connections with business teams and clients.
  • Use, teach, and promote key methodologies, e.g. design thinking and agile methodology.
  • Manage, monitor, and drive platform adoption for key platforms.
  • Deliver value to clients/colleagues while growing the business leveraging digital solutions to unlock innovation and drive productivity, connectivity, and client engagement.
  • Provide client demos, gather firsthand client feedback and work with product teams.
  • Advise on client needs based on market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, building relationships, listening to concerns, and tailoring messaging to resonate with different audiences, ensuring buy-in and commitment.
  • Implement change management strategies that encompass communication plans, stakeholder engagement, training, and risk assessment.
  • Provide insights & prioritize needs regionally, in collaboration with local stakeholders.

What you need to have:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Insurance, or Business
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar job position, ideally in insurance sector
  • Excellent command of English, recommended knowledge in any of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish, or French
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Tech savviness, interest in tech trends, and market development
