Position summary:
The team plays a pivotal global role within the company by overseeing and managing critical aspects of our technology infrastructure and strategy; including selection of technology vendors. We serve as the backbone for the success of our sellers, marketing efforts, GTM and industry strategists. Our primary functions revolve around three key areas: technology stack management and deployment, content management, strategy and governance (Not creating content), and SMEs on technology solutions to enable our Inforians.
We are also a shared resource supporting multiple areas of the business. Such as – but not limited to -reporting on tool adoption, performance, GTM effectiveness, and providing enablement training and strategy. E.g., Supporting Education (Danielle’s org)
In summary, we’re the driving force behind the revenue-generating technology infrastructure and content distribution that empower our sales, marketing, and industry strategist efforts. We are dedicated to optimizing our technology stack, distributing content strategists, and are SMEs on the technology we manage to ensure the continued success and growth of Infor. We help to build sales productivity by creating repeatable, successful, and scalable best practices, aided by data driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the technology stack that empowers our sellers and underpins various aspects of our operations.
This stack includes a diverse range of tools and platforms, each serving a specific purpose.
Each team member has become an Subject Matter Experts for a tool, such as SFDC, Showpad or Outreach but also has an overall responsibility to support other tools and understand how they work and support the overarching tool stack.
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, taking ownership for delivery
- Very proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work effectively with different cultures and geographies across multiple time zones
- Ability to identify and offer improvement to workflow, efficiency, and quality of technical content development and editing
- Ability to learn quickly and flexibility to move easily from document to document, project to project, and priority to priority
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, technical communication, journalism, communications, business, or a related field
- Experience with working in large enterprise companies
