Stellenbeschreibung

As a Digital Content Management Expert, I bring passion for customer communication & digital channels. I excel in managing and editing content to elevate the user experience, enhancing information design and optimizing content quality.

  • Content Management: planning, creating, and publishing digital content for websites, incl. integration in existing information architecture and continuous improvement of contents.
  • Coordinate content editing requests and prioritize.
  • Execute content editing in German and/or English according to digital communication principles.
  • Act as a content consultant for relevant stakeholders, product owners and cross-functional teams within the Lufthansa Group to ensure optimal communication towards our customers.
  • Steer and manage external service providers, such as agencies incl. budget monitoring
  • Apply airline know how & understanding of target audiences to build business rules for reaching selected target groups.
  • Follow communication guidelines, incorporating brand guidelines from multiple airlines.

Ihr Profil:

  • 2+ years of experience in communications or marketing ideally within an agile environment.
  • Excellent content editing skills, both in German and English.
  • Expert knowhow on content management on the digital channel web and strong understanding of digital communication principles.
  • High analytical skills to model information flows, achieving a more human-centric and empathic communication experience.
  • Relevant CMS working experience, ideally Adobe Experience Managed (ARM), knowledge of Jira is a plus.
  • Experience in the collaboration with, and steering of agency.
  • High organizational skills and highly capable of reducing complexity.
  • Very good collaborative spirit towards cross functional and agile teams.
  • Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it.
  • Very good command of English.
