Your responsibilities
- Comprehensive legal advice for colleagues, including the management and executives in operational business
- Examination, drafting and negotiation of contracts, in particular contracts of architects and engineers
- Dealing with matters relating to general and international commercial law as well as group law, including support in corporate housekeeping
- Preparing legal opinions and statements and decision-making processes
- As part of the legal team, close cooperation with other specialist departmens
Your profile
- You‘ll have successfully completed 2nd state law examination
- You have first professional experience in a company or a commercial law firm
- You have very good MS Office skills
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You think entrepreneurial and act independent
- Your way of working is systematic, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- You have a confident and committed appearance
