SUMMARY  OF  ROLE

Manage and support all flow measurement sales and marketing activities in the DACH region, making a significant contribution to the planned growth of the company. This position is the interface between customers and various stakeholders within the Emerson organization in the       D-A-CH region, Europe and globally.

PRINCIPLE JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for flow measurement products and solutions & services in close cooperation with various business partners.

·      Responsibility for flow sales targets including budget, growth plans and driving KPI's.

·      Work closely with the DACH sales organization and European and global flow product management on strategy formulation and implementation to profitably increase market participation.

·      Communicate sales and marketing strategies to the sales team and support implementation.

·      First point of contact for sales to share experiences and develop solutions.

·      Support in the project business (e.g. technical design, strategy, pricing, follow-up and implementation) and the design of the sales strategy for core customers and its implementation.

·      Launching new products and solutions and creating and delivering relevant training (internal & external).

·      Provide expertise to the DACH marketing team in the planning and creation of marketing materials and events.

·      Responsibility for all local requirements for flow measurement technology in the D-A-CH region: e.g. translations, documentation, approvals, exchange with independent bodies.

REQUIRED  QUALIFICATIONS  AND  EXPERIENCE:

·      Further education, preferably with knowledge in engineering, product management or sales

·      German and English (advanced)

·      Technical understanding

·      Product / industry / application knowledge not mandatory, but an advantage
