The role of Customer Analytics and Support specialist is in the core of delivering value to a growing number of Netigate’s customers using Lumoa’s AI based analytics, thus helping our customers make the right decisions based on the voice of their customers. The person we’re looking to hire will both
- be responsible for setting up Lumoa’s analytics capabilities for both pilots and customers, and
- provide customer support for customers using Lumoa, such as answer customer questions on features or integrations, and interacting with product team to report and monitor possible bugs
The role is a combination of supporting our customers who are using Lumoa, especially in DACH but also in other regions. In the role you will interact with a lot also with customer success, sales, integration and product teams.
What skills and traits do you need?
- Amazing attention to detail while being able to focus on those tasks that deliver the most value to customers
- Ability to stay positive and persevere when faced with challenging or repetitive tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A flair for communication and explaining complex things simply.
- Independent working style, with the ability to prioritise.
- Fluent in German and business level fluency in English (written and oral). Other Nordic languages are considered an advantage.
- A structured and systematic approach to project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Excellence in inter-department communication, especially with product, tech, and AI teams.
- Ability to navigate in a changing organization without getting frustrated
You will join an existing primarily remotely working team of experts who will coach you, both in your analyst and support tasks.
