Head of Product Area Plant Operation (f/m/div.)
Aufgaben
- In this position, you own the global profit and lost responsibility for the product area.
- You also define and communicate the business and product vision, targets and strategy, including partnering, mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Furthermore, you define business models and pricing, represent market needs and act as voice for the customer into the organisation.
- Part of your role is to ensure customer centricity in the definition of the portfolio by using user experience methods.
- Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with the organisation's business goals and customer needs belongs to your tasks.
- Last but not least, you act as leader for product management and service teams with a size of over 100 employees.
Profil - Education: completed university studies in engineering, business administration or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry with software for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), e.g. SIEMENS Opcenter, ABB Ability, DELMIA Apriso, GE Proficy; proven leadership experience in agile environments; knowledge of product management or business development
- Personality and Working Practice: you are able to think strategically and translate it into business plans and actions; your excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills distinguish you
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
