Plant Project Manager

Your job:

• Responsible for planning and implementing the projects in the plant – coordinates and leads the product to production;
• Builds a team, defines the roles in it and coordinates the tasks between the members;
• Plans and forecasts the necessary financial, technical and other resources in the plant to manage successfully the project;
• Represents the plant in the new product implementation process, transfer and optimization projects;
• Represents the development team in planning and setting up all production, assembly and logistics processes in compliance with the development process;
• Responsible for complying with the CQD (Cost-Quality-Delivery) parameters defined in the specifications;
• Materials management responsibility for the new parts;
• Prepares and updates Scope of works as required;
• Regularly reports the status of the project to the referent managers.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Electronics Engineering field;
• Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge in German language will be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent command of MS Office, knowledge in SAP, MS Project/PM Software;

Professional Competencies and Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a project manager of interdisciplinary project teams, international experience is beneficial;
• Good knowledge of the product development process as well as experience with project management methods;
• Practical experience in Electronics production will be considered as a serious advantage;
• Practical experience in the electronic industry field will be considered as an advantage;
