Job Description

Reporting to Marketing & Shopper Solutions Manager Baltics. Shopper Marketing Specialist Baltics will:

  • Design and develop local strategy for a product assortment, distribution, placement and POS activations In-stores (Retail) to drive sales and achieve targets;
  • Administer and develop reports using multiple data sources;
  • Analyse category, key customers/ channels data and provide JDE merchandising recommendations accordingly;
  • Cooperate with sales team in three Baltic countries and Global shopper marketing team;
  • Prepare planograms and innovations proposals following consumers trends;
  • Regularly update and deliver training materials for sales team and merchandisers.
     

Qualifications

For this role as a Shopper Marketing Specialist we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Likes mathematic and understand the relations between numbers (Bachelor’s degree, Economics/ Mathematics would be an advantage);
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills;
  • Good communication and time management skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication in English (B2 level);
  • True team player with positive energy, optimism and enthusiasm.
