You support our team as
Chemical Engineer / Textile or Chemical Technician (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Together with the team, you develop new, market-driven and innovative filter media or formulations (mainly for industrial filtration)
- You further develop existing filter media and formulations and contribute your ideas
- You design tests in production (filter media lines, packaging), in the technical center, laboratory or at external partner companies
- You prepare the tests, carry them out and evaluate, document and assess the results
- With a view to the test objectives, you adjust test parameters and create and edit ERP data such as parts lists, work or test plans
- You test raw materials, filter media or filter samples (e.g. from competitors and suppliers)
- You further develop existing analytical methods and record and evaluate measurement parameters and variables
- Finally, you develop suitable documentation and act as the central point of contact for this type of analysis
Qualifications
- You have a degree in the field of textiles, nonwovens, polymers, fibers, paper or comparable (bachelor's degree, technician or vocational training)
- You own practical experience and a good technical understanding (e.g. through internships or several years of professional experience)
- You are enthusiastic about the (further) development of products and analytical research
- You enjoy working confidently with MS Office, ideally also with Sharepoint and SAP (or a comparable ERP system)
- You are structured, reliable and enjoy working in a team
- Very good German and good English skills underline your communication skills
