What to expect:

Be driven by "Safety Risk Prevention & Analysis" in your designated areas
Define and implement safety standards and regulations in alignment with our Health & Safety Department
Deliver the logistics services requested by internal and external customers
Monitor and achieve logistics activities using KPIs
Focus on addressing any deviations, incidents, or quality issues using appropriate tools and methodologies
Maintain accurate data in the system
Ensure machines are well-maintained and their availability is monitored
Design efficient flows from docks to warehouses.
Guarantee the supply of components to production lines
Cultivate versatility in the team to meet customer needs
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering positive behavior, continuous improvement, and a sense of ownership and responsibility
Implement Lean tools to foster Lean thinking.
Lead improvement initiatives to reduce customer claims
Identify deviations, anticipate issues, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and measure progress toward main targets

Bachelor's degree minimum
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Mandatory knowledge in logistics, inventory management, and process control
Possess a LEAN mindset and knowledge
Excellent analytical skills
Strong language proficiency in English, with French and/or German considered a significant advantage
Effective leadership and direction abilities
