• You will drive the implementation of company-wide AI projects and ensure that AI / ML generates added value for the company.
• You develop and operate innovative data products and enhance our data platform in a cross-functional team.
• You advise colleagues from various business departments and collaborate to develop solutions in the areas of forecasting, classification, recommender systems or the use of LLMs.
• You analyze large amounts of structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights
• You combine business management with analytical and technical know-how in an agile and dynamic environment.
• You work daily with colleagues across the group, e.g. from the areas of quality assurance, application management, finance, business engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification, and already have several years of professional experience in applied data science.
• You have strong methodological knowledge in the areas of statistics, data analysis, machine learning and data visualization.
• You have knowledge of R or Python and have experience with common frameworks such as ScikitLearn and Tensorflow, and advanced software development skills for operationalizing machine learning models using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• You can communicate and present your results in a clear, structured and target group-appropriate manner.
• You are characterized by a pragmatic, customer- and business-oriented, independent way of working a high degree of initiative, and strong communication skills, your way of working is precise and you like to take on responsibility.
