Your prospective job:

For our client Airbus Operations you are acting as a Change Manager Supply Chain (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive change management activities in a complex and agile environment i.e. impacted population 1000
• Responsible for planning, defining and coordinating all change management activities
• Creation and Monitoring of Change Management Plans and change management requests
• Coordination of change development and implementation by aligning content and deployment readiness as well as communicating with project and wider stakeholders
• Supporting the project team and wider stakeholders with up-to-date information on the change pipeline details

Your profile:

• Completed degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or an equivalent qualification
• Many years of professional experience in change management and supply chain / logistics
• Very good knowledge in Supply Chain Logistics
• Good knowledge of change management
• Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Negotiation-proof knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language
