Offshore Sales Compensation Analyst Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, calculate, and reconcile CRO sales commissions payout in accordance with Bottomline’s monthly/quarterly cadence.
- Prepare, calculate, and reconcile CCO variable compensation payout in accordance with Bottomline’s monthly/quarterly cadence.
- Maintain CRO and CCO Org Structure noting new hires, promotions, and terminations.
- Track and maintain OTC, Quota, and rate data.
- Develop, publish, maintain, and update reporting and analysis for CRO sales commission and CCO variable compensation.
- Ad Hoc projects, analysis, and requests, as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with FPA to build and model the FY compensation budget.
- Specifically responsible for:
- Calculating commissions for the following CRO and CCO compensation plans:
- Monthly Core Business metrics and commissions calcs for all QCR roles
- Monthly/quarterly metrics and commissions calcs for all Overlay roles (RMs, AMs, SCs, SDRs)
- Monthly/quarter metrics commissions calcs for all Leadership roles (Sales Leaders, CRO Direct Reports, CRO)
- Monthly/quarter bookings and metrics commissions calcs for all CCO roles
- SPIF calculations
- Compiling and submitting payroll file
- Creating and updating commission reporting via Excel and PowerBI Dashboards
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Commissions, Finance, or accounting.
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative fields preferred.
- Very strong data and reporting skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills.
- Experience with Compensation Tool (i.e. Xactly) is highly preferred.
- Experience with CRM/HRIS systems is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with a positive, “can do” attitude.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines.
- Motivated to work cross-functionally in a role which supports multiple business partners.
