Salary: Starting from £45,000 plus excellent benefits package

Scania Great Britain have an exciting opportunity for a Business Controller to join our New Truck division, within our Sales organisation. As the Business Controller for New Trucks, a key aspect of your role will be dealing with the pricing structure of our vehicles. You will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of all aspects of the New Truck business and will create and drive active dialogue with stakeholders throughout the organisation, to ensure financial understanding, maximise sales performance and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail – Prepare wholesale month end management accounts, including margin analysis.
  • Pricing Structure - Maintain the pricing structure of all New Truck Sales products within the Sales Portal.
  • Strong Communication - Support and advise our business managers in understanding financial and business performance, including income statements and KPIs.
  • Proactive – Ability to systematically improve performance in line with or exceeding targets.
  • Organised – Support the business by being the key financial lead in their monthly reviews.
  • Analytical – Running analysis and interpretation of results and KPI’s (actual, projections, and plans) and using this information to formulate and present weekly forecasting.
  • Strong Leadership skills - Lead, motivate, and manage the team to deliver high-quality results.
