Your tasks
- Taking active part in design and architectural discussions and analyses;
- Implementing new requirements and further developing the product / service;
- Ensuring that the developed components and the overall framework are robust and easy to maintain (conduct quality control, take the ownership of the product);
- Helping to coordinate the team activities in an agile team environment;
- Being committed to problem solving, sophisticated design, and delivering a quality product;
- Being a mentor for young talents, supporting and guiding them in the project and their skill development;
- Working in an agile team setup and participating in alignment meetings.
Your profile
- High proficiency in Python. Applying best practices in code structure and guidelines;
- Deep understanding of different patterns and models. Comfortably taking decisions on what approach is best in a given situation;
- Professional experience in design and development of REST APIs;
- Professional experience with Version and management. Package management and version building;
- Experience with cloud solutions (OpenShift, Kubernetes, AKS);
- Excellent troubleshooting, logical and analytical skills;
- Fluent English – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

We are looking for a senior Python developer, who is proficient in frameworks design and development. You will join a team focused on Python ownership within the bank, dedicated to the design and development of a central Python framework, programming guide, repository of libraries, client tools, etc. The team is part of the CICD cluster, but the services will be offered throughout the company. In addition, you might help an internal team, working with AI solutions.
