Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You support the regional Key Account team, which takes care of the largest Forwarder in the industry and you will get insights into the regional Sales Department of Hapag-Lloyd 
  • You prepare rate quotations and rate agreement filings
  • You create and maintain regular reports for the team and our customers
  • You support the team on any ad-hoc tasks
  • You request ship allocation for our customers in collaboration with the team.
  • You will gain experience in commercial Key Account Management and work in a multinational environment

Your Qualifications

  • You are currently studying full-time in one of the following fields: Economics, Logistics or a comparable field
  • You have good analytical skills and are well experienced in MS Office
  • You can communicate well in English language (both written and verbal)
  • You enjoy taking care of customers.

Good to know

  • You start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week
  • During the semester break you can increase your hours up to 38 hours
  • We are currently planning your assignment for 6 months with the option of an extension and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
